  • We can study ourselves to death, it wont change the fact that we will continue to impact or climate for a long time to come and that continuation of an unsustainable economy leads to more then just financial ruin!

Even if I didn't believe that climate change is a serious problem for our society to remedy; I would support these efforts to Repower America because renewable energy makes sense in context of national security, creation of good jobs, and sustainable economic business models.

  • And just how long would you like to debate the scientific facts?

For example: the University of Illinois' Polar Research Group's data shows that on February 15, 1979, global sea ice area was 16.79 million sq. km and on February 15, 2009, global sea ice area was 15.45 million sq. km. Therefore, global sea ice levels are 1.34 million sq. km less in February 2009 than in February 1979. This decrease in sea ice area is roughly equal to the area of Texas, California and Oklahoma combined.

  • @tracifish Right the more power for white folk like her the worse for everyone else...it never really ends for them they must never have enough.

  • @klg1956 Thanks for the insight about the Indian Actor, just goes to show how willing you are to twist things to make a point and forget the value being expressed even if it was an actor. The only value of Nuclear is the consentration of wealth for the elite, and thank you very much there doesn't seem to be enough for them no matter what risks and profits they enjoy...they never stop wanting and waring, No more concentrated wealth.

  • @laurasIs2c Actually, that Indian was an actor, he was Italian Espera DiCorti, born of two Italian immigrants in Gueydan, Louisiana. He loved playing Indians as a child and always said he was going to be an actor one day. You said it yourself, a fully recognized engineer, is credible....Gore, Soros, Maurice Strong, no credibility, no experience just money hungry. How about nuclear power? You failed to mention it by mistake?

  • She and her husband will prosper by sticking it to all of us, just like all of the rest of the billionaires Soros who will prosper and all of the millionaires who will prosper just like Al Gore and Maurice Strong prospered by the mandatory legislation of cap and trade for carbon credits in Obamaland of their Chicago Climate Exchange. Remember Molton Metal Technologies? another taxpayer funded Gore fiasco, Obama's Solyndra lost 520 million $s down the toilet? jobs lost factories closed. SNAFU

  • Cathy Zoi also dreams of SWAT teams going house to house and forcing people to retrofit.

  • What she should include is the fact that her and her husband are benefiting nicely since he works for the only window company that is being backed by the administration and received money from. Oh what acampaign contribution will get you. These guys are all in bed together but it is the American people getting screwed.
