A short film done in one single long shot (with the exception of the credits). Made entirely on the spot with no prior planning during the first snowstorm of December of 2009 in New Hampshire. The music is all original.

The story is entirely up to your interpretation.

  • Love it. Did you use a dolly? Or was someone driving a car with the camera placed inside? If you used a dolly how long were the tracks? Or maybe a steady cam?

  • @FilghiProductions Actually I was driving a car while operating a camera in the passenger seat next to me, which I do not recommend by the way. While a car makes a great dolly for outdoors, you should definitely get a friend to operate the camera for you.

  • I figured you were driving a car at the same time and thought it came out exceptionally well!! I didn't find it jittery at all. But that's just my opinion. I thought this was a great piece of work, D. So much interpretation to draw from it, so many thoughts of my own experiences were born from this vid. Perhaps we could talk about it in passing at FDU. =) Great job!! -Roni

  • @angryronikisses Thank you Roni. Next time we see each other I would love to discuss this with you.

  • A fantastic piece of film. I was sucked in from start to finish. It is so atmospheric and so pleasurable to watch. I love how you did this with a car, yet achieved a smooth staedy shot throughout, I figured that out when I saw your refelction the 1st time. I love to make short films and videos myself, and this kind of thing enspires me to continue. Great work and thumbs up. Alan :)

  • Simply great!

  • GR8 WORK!

  • @Athenesword1 a less pretentious answer would be: no there is no reason at all
