OKAY SO, THE STORY IS THAT WE ONLY HAD ONE OTHER AMP FOR THE SG GUY TO USE. THIS AMP WAS A FENDER CHAMP WHICH HAD NO DISTORTION. SO WE HAD TO USE A "GRUNGE" PEDAL BY DIGITECH WHICH I NOW NOTICED SOUNDS COMPLETELY HORRIBLE ON CAMERA. THE SG SOUNDS AWESOME, AND IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME GO TO RyBoSG63's CHANNEL AND WATCH HIS VIDS

SG all the way! because the les paul has a thicker body, you cant reach the high frets as easily. also, the Les Paul is like 2.5 times the weight of the SG. maybe more.

You need to get the amp settings the same. Sg sounds way too thin sounding....
