In Uncharted 3's Multiplayer, shooting people in the leg is often a bad idea. It's a bad idea because it does less damage than torso shots do. It is often not always possible to avoid shooting the legs as sometimes aiming goes crazy or the opponent is evading like a madman. Unfortunately, some update (possibly from a month ago) has changed or affected leg shots in a way.
Leg shots now suddenly seem to be counting as torso/body shots. What does this mean? It means if you're shooting at the legs, it's doing the same damage as the body. So if the AK-47 kills in 7 shots to the torso, it will also do the same to the legs.
In split screen against a 2nd player, this is not an issue. Rather, shooting player 2 (who is from the same PS3) experiences the normal required shots to the leg to die. However, playing against someone online from another PS3 shows different results and this is what this video here is showing, it's showing that leg shots are doing the same as body shots, which is NOT how should it be.
To sum up, the health system in place currently is possibly messed up and Naughty Dog needs to be made aware of it. Please, PLEASE get them to see this video if you can.
I have tweeted this video to ND, hopefully they take a look.
