  • Brilliant thought process. The world IQ dropped significantly with the loss of Hitch, and we could learn quite a bit from him.

  • What I mean is that nobody is alive today who deserves reparations. And nobody is alive today who deserves to pay reparations. So there's nothing that can or should be done.

  • A few misconceptions.

Africans sold no one, arabs sold africans. There was no slavey in our definition until europe invaded africa. Servitude ended when a lwgal debt was paid off. More africans were killed as a result if slavery and then anti blacks laws than the entire population of england... In its ENTIRE HISTORY. It was a genocide.

  • Apparently, people are not aware that the overwhelming majority of the population descends from non-English immigrants, most of which came here 1880+, and who often worked under atrocious, quasi-slavery conditions, making barely enough money to eat. So, who owes reparations to who?

One is only responsible for one's own actions. "For the sins of the father" is a primitive idea, originating from primitive minds.

  • @UtopiaMinor666 It is not stubbornness, nor hubris on my part, but rather your own inability to form a cogent argument as to why my initial statement still stands, unrefuted.

  • @FoodCubes you are being very stubborn, and for no reason at all. Its this level of intransigence, or dare i say, perhaps its hubris in this case, as to why you wont admit your argument doesnt hold up?

  • @UtopiaMinor666 You are missing the point, and as a result your argument is nonsense.

  • @FoodCubes not missing the point, your argument is simply weak, and i was making a case agaisnt it, but if you prefer a more direct approach: simply by saying that the perpitrators and the victims are deceased makes no difference as to why reparations should not be paid. This was an act done by an entire nation, who then shackled an entire people to build up (with their blood included) the basis of this nation. Just becuase they are dead doesnt right an obvious wrong

  • @UtopiaMinor666 If you're still confused, tell me which one of your statements refutes any one of my statements.

  • @UtopiaMinor666 Your reply makes no sense in the context of my original post. Hence the fact that you are missing the point.

  • @FoodCubes No im not, you just have a tenuous argument.

  • @UtopiaMinor666 You're missing the point.
