Some of the exercises sure seem stupid, some don't really require the device and yet some are certainly challenging. But common sense should always prevail and one has to work within their capabilities.Your statement is just as relevant as the content of the video .... anything can be dangerous without proper instructions, knowledge and training. What's your point dude and stop your bleeding heart safe the children message.

Can this device be used by people who have rotator cuff/shoulder pain? Also, what lower body strength training can be done? I see mostly upper body and core excercises being performed.

I started TRX Training classes on June 20, 2012. In less than four months I have lost 24 pounds and all my seriously messed up joints are fixed. I know when you first see it, it looks corny, but it absolutely works. I swear by it.
