Why do you need a TRX. Can perform depth pushups on a parallel bar or rings & with a weighted vest.
Dont need to hold anything to perform pistons. Any of the exercises that are actually useful can be performed with rings.
The remainder are just waste of time bull shit - sales man trying to sell their waste of time piece of equipment.

this is nuts

TRX stuff is cool, but I hate it when idiots call its functions. It's more feeble-minded people to pay certified ass. I was told how TRX is functional!

Nice TRX video! You gave me some good ideas on how to "mix it up" with some of my favorite TRX movements.

There should be a disclaimer here that a gladiator wall is not included in a normal TRX Package. Other than that nice vid.

most of you are missing the point of the video, he is showing you variations on how to work the trx bands. not a routine to follow, you think buddy's that jacked from those ropes?? ha, shows how much you workout

only the decline pushup is dangerous, besides that if you are not strong enough to do the workouts don't do them pussy. stick to your bulletin board workouts, leave it to the big boys

TRX stuff is pretty cool, but I hate it when morons call it functional. It's even more moronic that people are paying out the ass for certifications. Someone tell me how the TRX is functional!

@MyMantenna I don't see you posting any links.
Half of these are dangerous and STUPID! there are much better and SAFER ways to get a great TRX workout.

Personal Trainers are not sales people. They are Personal Trainers. I am one and I use TRX a lot in my own training also. Showing Clients how to train to maximum effect based on all the research for what they want to achieve and helping them form new habits, Doing assessments to see progress, Making exercise fun and effective, Encouraging them teaching them perfect technique and working muscles in balance, designing great programs and much more that's what a trainer does.
