Emily shares some cooking tips she learned at school. Her dish is boiled spinach (aka "aona" which is a generic word for vegetable greens) seasoned wih soy sauce and crushed sesame seeds (goma). The dish is called Hourensou no ohitashi. My thanks to YT member "boomerhoomer" for sharing the name of this dish.
