Even Europeans criticized us for not deploying our warplanes into Libya because they kept running out of bombs. NATO cannot run into military conflict without the better-equipped USA. That's why EU need to man up and spend on their own defense instead of relying on us do to the dirty work. Even NATO officials believes that the air-power itself cannot end this conflict.
This is fight the UK & France wanted..right up to the point where it becomes an inconvenience.
