Here is a recording of Contra 4 (my favorite DS game). This particular video shows the DS "ReView" working with both DS screens simultaneously. A black gap was added between the screens to compensate for the virtual & physical space between them. The gap for Contra 4 was coded to be 48-pixels wide as explained to me by Matt Bozon, the creative director for the game. So, special thanks to him.
I forgot to demonstrate this in the video, but I have the ability to flip a switch to swap the positions of the screens. Although for a game like this, where screen position is vital, it's pretty worthless. There are also 3 other switches which can be used in various combinations to set the background color to one of the following: red, green, blue, cyan, magenta, yellow, black, gray.
You've probably been asked this about a million times, but is this for sale? Or can it be built? Will there be a tutorial in the future because I'm sure thousands of people will praise you for this.

Sorry, dude. I haven't really worked on this project since April because Neal Tew (the Jumbotron DS guy) is commercializing his capture device. Do a google search on: "sda ds capture" and there should be a forum thread that pops up.

Great vid, but also is there anyway to enlarge either screen? or is having only one screen showing the only option?

Right now, no enlarging has been implemented in real time. The previous single screen videos that have been posted were resized using VirtualDub after they were recorded. To maximize screen usage using two screens, they would have to be oriented side-by-side (instead of top & bottom) onto a 16:9 display. This would result in 160 lines worth of borders. For a 4:3 display, maximum coverage would be the same setup, but with 240 lines. None of this has been implemented yet.
