@derek2010x Sorry, you clearly don't understand how works a democracy. If the citizen are interested and aware of what's going on, if they VOTE (In England, Switzerland, France, etc... 60/80 % of people are voting during elections, they debate a lot during politics campaings...), then the country doesn't have risk to become facist. English people don't let police hold guns and in France a policeman using his gun has to hardly and seriously justify why he shooted, and the medias report the case.

@IRACEMABABU You are overlooking the most important point. The people need arms to defend themselves from their government. Should the government one day become fascist as it did in Germany. That is the greatest purpose of the citizens owning guns.
