http://ScottThom.com Here are a couple of exercises to increase your grip strength. A strong grip can make a huge difference in many sports especially when you need that rebound at the end of the game. You'll be amazed on how much harder pull-ups can be when you throw a towel in the mix!......."Get A Grip!!!!!" and create a great day!!!

  • I watch videos like this all the time, with people showing how to do different exercises. I never subscribe or favorite them for some reason. I did this time, though. I really like the guy. He wasn't serious business like all the other people I guess.

  • Appreciate the positivity, if you have any exercise questions just hit me up and ill post a vid! -Create a great day- Coach T

  • I cannot wait to watch your next....very educative!!

  • For the rice bucket are you just moving your hands through it or squeezing your hands? Thanks.

  • great video i never would have thought to do this

  • Interesting exercises. Bruce Lee was a grip fanatic, and he hard the forearms of popeye on mad steroids. The rice bucket, I used to it in martial arts training classes; in fact, I remember that we would do sand, gravel, and small steel pellets.

  • I am an arm wrestler and what i am lacking is my grip and wrist strength. I do the rice bucket, and now i will try some of your other exercises. Great vid!

  • thanks. i'm pretty strong everywhere but my hands for some reason. thanks a lot for this. and this guy is cool too.
