24hr Fitness just installed fingerprint scanners so as to avoid non-members from gaining entry. So much for that cause.

One more reason not to trust fingerprints for authentication. There is nothing which beats a good Smarcard!

@eftipef: scary? Yes. And another proof that biometrics and other "countermeasures" do NOT work against terrorists who always find simple workarounds, but only buly and threathen ordinary, innocent folks.
