I'm not a scientist, but I do understand the basics about working out and dieting. I can't eat an entire meal after I get home from the gym, so this is what I go with instead. You should consider this after your workout as well!

  • Hey there! Have you considered the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend burned a lot of useless fat.

  • Cool vid, but u don't NEED to eat fast digesting proteins/carbs right after a workout, unless your trying to recover super fast. As long as your hitting your macros, your body will continue building muscle, simple as that!

  • Good disiplined meal! I use whey protein, water, and a half scoop of dry Gatorade mixed together after a workout; but his meal sounds healthier.
