MySeizures, I can tell you why. Your gov't has not been holding your tax dollars in reserve waiting for you to request them to be spent on you. Likely, your gov't is already spending more money than it brings in. If you really want to spend you "own tax dollars", vote for smaller gov't so you keep your dollars and can spend them on yourself.

Can you please tell me, why the government was reaping off every earning I ever made all my life in the name taxes?
Why can't I have medical treament with my own tax dollars?
After all, I have been paying for it all my life time.
I'm NOT asking the government to do me a favour, I'm asking for my own tax dollars to treat and stop my seizures.
