The other guy (SquealyD) used two condoms, one inside the other, I dont know exactly how it works, but he seems to get a constant pressure that was consistent and controllable.

@lloplop Maybe this instrument takes a lot more air? Compare it to when you breath out through something thin versus something large in diameter. Which one makes it possible for you to keep a constant flow of air for the longest time on a single breath of air?
