At launch, I don't personally think it was worth it with so few games out and the $250 price tag. However, once the price dropped to $170 and there were new games being released and planned and the addition of channels and esp Netflix to the 3DS's features, I bought one. I love my 3DS and I had actually planned to buy a DSi XL, but since they were the same price, I went for the 3DS, if only for the new games being released. Besides the 3DS is backward compatible.

@TeufelMitUns I have a 3ds and there is a bunch of things on it (virtual console,new games recording stop motion animation and more.) that's why I said HELLZ YEAH!
