My chainsaw leaks oil. I open the plastic cas and oil has dripped in the case or on the floor, when left over nite. The chainsaw runs great with no signs of oil leaking.

@raceman888 sorry idle mixture is also the low screw

@raceman888 adjust the idle SPEED screw in until it will stay running, then adjust the Idle MIXTURE screw until you get the highest RPM, then back off the SPEED screw, till it will idle without the chain moving. adjust the HIGH at full throttle, until you get the highest RPM, then back it out just a touch. he didn't even mention that did he?

Bought a Polan opened a year later and it will not run/ idle. Takes forever to get it to where i can use it. I will try this . thanks.

thanks, i had a talon ac3100, with a walbro t439 carb, watched your video, set low and hi to 1 1/2 turns, and away it went, thanks
can anyone tell me how many turns out i need to completely reset my IDLE screw to factory

@mexicanstandup not sure, but i set it so the chain doesn't turn, also H screw start at 1 1/2 and low at 1 turn out

Dony - thanks for the great video! Challenge I'm having is saw starts great - runs ggod, but starts to rev up high after a few minutes - and continues to rev full speed after i let off the throttle and even hit the kill switch - only way to stop it is hit the choke - any ideas?

@MrHortonct check the throttle linkage, could also be a carb issue
