Work 50 seconds, Rest 10 seconds, Time period 10 minutes

Equipment:
148 lb, 60 year old Izzy
80 lb large sandbag
35 lb small sand bag
45 lb clubbell
2 -- 16 kg kettlebells
2 -- 12 lb meel

Exercises:
Heavy bag jerk
Kettlebell long cycle
Burpees
Clubbell clean and squat
Hindu squats
Meel hearts
Sandbag halos
Heavy bag clean and squat
Kettlebell alternate presses
Heavy bag alternate shoulder jerks

  • Look at the movement of the feet (of course, you don't have to turn around) of my coach, meel specialist. It feels more natural. You can find the video "Ali Farzaneh swinging huge clubbells" on Youtube

  • Izzy, nice circuit! And what a collection of clubbells! When you perform the meel hearts, it's better -for circular and ergonomic reasons- to move the feet instead of standing still. I'll try to find an example. Ciao C
