Some say since the city cleared out Golden Gate Park the homeless have been migrating to various parts of the city including Fisherman Wharf just in time for Fleet Week
I say let the local homeless stay, And everyone else who keeps flocking here from out of state get the boot. SF residents use to be very tolerant of the homeless, But the numbers have increased so much that now the city doesn't know how to deal with it. And many residents are just tired of the daily harassment. I sometimes get asked 20 to 30 times per day for spare change and handouts. How would you feel if everyday of your life you're being nagged like that on a consistent basis?
When I grew up in the city until the '80s, this was only a problem around Market Street and Haight. The city govt is totally out of control. Look to the old policies, change the laws. This is not the city I was free to roam as a child.

I'd love to hear your justification how these homeless people are "behaving badly." I'm sure they'd love to hear it, as well.
