  • Since I can't take a hot bath at work... this helped a little until the ibuoprofen kicks in. Especially following @mistercleopatra advice to rub the thumb webbing harder.

  • This is helping me just a little bit. Not so much because I did this before. Well, the pressure on the stomach. The funny thing is, my guy friend told me to look this up. I hate being young and having these crazy cramps. EAT PEPPERMINT! that's what I do sometimes!

  • @MorganShallEatYou They had me on birth control. Guess what? The cysts/pain were replaced with migraines that made me feel like I was hit with a brick. Please stay away from artificial hormones.
