Yay, I finally found it! I was watching the last episode of "What Chilli Wants" last night and your beautiful song was featured. It's nice to hear it in its entirety, it's so sweet :)
I'm still looking for one more song that was featured in the last episode though. It plays in the background while Farmer gives Chilli a back rub...(You can watch the episode on vh1's website).
Does anyone happen to know what it's called?

OH MY GOSH. Somebody used this song for a Castle/Beckett fanvid (@ashk008 I think) and I fell in love wth this song. It's so darn cute. I can't get enough. Repeat on my iPod everyday.
P.S. Castle is a TV show on ABC. Go to my channel to see fanvids & other stuff if you've never seen it. I'm addicted. It's a crime show with 2 main characters who, of course, have incredible sexual tension... well, just check it out. It won't hurt. (: Again, LOVE this song.
