Ninja Gaiden 2 Playthrough Extra: The Epilogue and Credits

You really thought I would end the game on an anti-climatic note like that in my last video? Come on, now. I'm a "completion-ist" here. After all, it wouldn't be a FULL playthrough if I didn't show the ending moments. Thus, here's the epilogue and ending credits of Ninja Gaiden 2 without any annotations. I don't want to taint such a nice ending with my "special" brand of humor.

Most of you who have probably seen it somewhere else, this is not quite for you. This is mostly for those who have never seen the ending of this masterful game if they haven't elsewhere. With that, enjoy the grand finale in the classic that is "Ninja Gaiden 2 - The Dark Sword of Chaos".

This is the OFFICIAL end to my Ninja Gaiden 2 playthrough. Hope you've enjoyed yourselves, and see you in the next playthrough where I finish off the final game of the NES Ninja Gaiden trilogy.

Nope. Yes, you get thrown back a bit (it was worse in NG1!)... but if you defeated an earlier boss "form" it'd still be dead when you get back to the room. The game will just let you pick up where you left off... except hopefully w/ more life and weapon points.

Thanks for posting this. I was playing through the game recently, and spent a good hour in 7-2 doing the stage, and getting to Jacquio. Killed his first form with 3 life, and predictably died at the 2nd form. I figured I'd get to start at that form. Nope! When I saw I was back at the start of 7-2 and have to do all 3 forms with one life bar I decided I'm ok with not beating the Ninja Gaiden games. I'm just happy other people can and I can enjoy the story.

I gotta say, I've rather enjoyed all of the text based commentary. I was originally looking for videos to give me some sort of strategy to beat the final boses in the NES Ninja Gaiden games, and stumbled on your videos.
