Ultra Weak! The Impracticality Challenge! for SSF4AE2012

Sorry it took a while, guys! Been really busy. Would have posted it yesterday but I was feeling a bit ill. Anyway, I'd like to thank Doopliss for the encouragement to try this challenge!

Combo Challenge 5 Rules:

1. Land the biggest combo that pays off as the most impractical combo, Finishing it with a 10% Damage Ultra!

2. Follow the meter's limitation!

3. If you cannot end it with Ultra, just do it as impractical as you can!

4. Be creative!

And for real, 153 combo challenge responses... That's ridiculous! Now, I'm wondering if I should post the finished collab project to Machinima to give you guys the gift of... being on machinima? And to justify anyone thinking that I'd be making money of other people's stuff... I'd like to say that art supplies are expensive! Besides, I'm doing this with the best of intentions. How many people wake up and think, "Cool, I'm on machinima today!?" So, let me know what you guys think about this, please! :)

Does the stun meter need to be set to 0 at the start of the combo?

@BipsonDollars I guess I didn't make it clear, so, as long as it's a creative combo, no, it doesn't have to start at 0. But it has to be good!

The Ultra must hit 100%? I meant, we have to connect it full? (For example, Ken must hit all his Shinryuken hits, or it can be like what happens if you make combo + h shoryuken + fadc + u1) ?
