http://www.makeraw.com | This salad is very rich so a little goes a long way.

And it's especially good with fried chicken believe it or not. MMMMM.

The serving you see here would probably serve 4 people as a side salad. Remember when you eat more raw foods your serving sizes shrink.

At least they do for me.

Also I say 'fennel seeds' in the video and I meant fennel leaves. The tiny delicate leaves on the stalk of the fennel.

1 whole apple organic skin on chopped
1 stalk fennel diced
2 sprigs rosemary minced
1 sprig fennel leaves minced
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 green onion chopped
sea salt to taste
small handful chopped soaked almonds (optional)
I actually forgot to mention the almonds in this recipe. They were an afterthought but they go really well with the apple. Remember to soak your almonds for 24 hours with a few rinses in between. Then keep them in your fridge to snack on and so you have almonds on hand for fresh almond milk.
