Of all those people on the bridge that day, one man acted appropriately, calling for help and giving a very accurate description of the jumper and his position. The gentleman cyclist (Australian? New Zealander?) is a human being. I'd be proud to stand him to a drink. Everyone else is just kibbitzing. And should be embarrassed.

When I saw the description, I thought the uploader must be mistaken. It's estimated that less than two percent of the jumpers survive. But damn if he didn't.
