Plague should have used his lvl 3 contagion to nuke the creeps, then autoattack the weakest ones down (If they weren't already down) to hit level 6, then swapped out to int steam and ulted.

Big usage of an ult but it's better than a death. Way better than doing nothing

(Btw he was one creep from level 6, on maybe two)
