Snorkeling at Jupiter Island, FL on Saturday, August 14 2010. The ray came back a few times. Its wingspan was about 6 feet. It was swimming in shallow water..sometimes in less than ten feet. It turned towards me a couple of times and seemed to be checking me out.

  • Cool! Where did you see her. I say "her" because she has scratch marks on her back that supposedly come from mating, but I'm no expert. I can't wait for the seas to calm down and get back out there at Coral Cove.

  • unreal footage. you are jupiter's best underwater photographer. all your videos rock. i just paddleboarded alongside this big guy with my wife 3 days ago, and i wondered if i could jump in and swim alongside him. so graceful. glad i got to watch some one do it.
