*** ABOUT THE CYMBALS ***
The cymbals featured in the video are made by Gawharet El Fan. They are 2-13/16" (7cm) in diameter, and weigh 8.1oz (230g). Apart from weight, the dominant feature is the large bell of approximately 5/8" (1.5cm). The output of these cymbals is large in volume with extended sustain. I buy them in Mohammed Ali street every time I visit Egypt. These have been my preferred cymbals for the past few years. Prior to that, I exclusively used Saroyan. In particular, I like the Saroyan "Grecian" model, which have a lovely, deep tone: http://dwp.bigplanet.com/saroyan/specialty1/ For the full range of Saroyan Zills, visit their online store: http://dwp.bigplanet.com/saroyan/onlinestore/
