Inspired by our fellow gamers from Jaedenar EU, on 28th of May we decided to do our own attempt at 2 manning the Flame Leviathan on normal mode.
We did it on our alts, so their gear wasn't all that great, with Kendara's average item level being around 220 and Tallostian's around 211.

Seeing as I got a few "could you explain the tactics" PMs I'll post a short description of the Things To Know here.
First off, clearing the trash before the Flame Leviathan is easily 2 mannable, but you gotta use Siege Engines and jump from driver to passenger seat when you need to kill stuff. Once you get to the Leviathan (Kill the 2 Colossi in front of his gate) you'll have a few seconds out of combat to take your gear off. Hug him, res and go again.
This time you take 2 Demolishers which will be parked right in front of the area where FL is standing. Go to the far right, take down some pyrite cans in the middle and the far left corner. Engage the Leviathan with both Demolishers shooting Blue Pyrite at him. When the Leviathan is about 2/3 of the way to the Demolishers the person that will do the turrets needs to abandon his Demolisher and switch to the other, picking up one can of pyrite, giving the driver the Increased Speed buff, picking up 2 more cans and then loading himself to be shot. Rinse and repeat till the boss is down.
Key points -
1. You must have pyrite cans ready to be picked up before the initial pull.
2. The driver must have the speed buff when he's shooting the passenger at the Leviathan. If he doesn't, he won't be able to make the turn in time to get away without being hit.
3. The passenger MUST be a caster.
4. Your gear has to be good. Kendara and I about pushed the limit here cause as you can see, our Demolisher had 7k health left when the boss died. The Demolisher had a bit over 1 million health, which is enough to take about 6 minutes worth of the constant AoE damage.
5. It DOESN'T matter if the driver's gear is broken (full red), all that matters is that you equip your items with the highest item level in every slot except the offhand, shirt and tabard. Item level is what increases your vehicle's health and damage.
6. For passengers, if you don't have healing spells, wait for Flame Vents to stop before killing the second turret. As you can see on the video they do 3000 damage per tick. If you do have healing spells you can ignore the Flame Vents as long as you can outheal the damage you are taking with HoTs, instants and shields (as I am doing in this video).
7. Verbal communication between the players is a big help. :)
Bugs that we have encountered while trying to do this include, but are not limited to:
* Demolishers falling apart for no apparent reason 5 seconds into the fight
* Turret health resetting if left alone for too long, so kill them one by one rather than simultaneously
* Pyrite cans not being picked up even though the animation shows that it was picked up.
An easier method for 2 manning it is to turn around, fire a quick pyrite, then turn back and keep running, using that method 2 manning FL with 2 towers has been done, and its much faster (you also dont need to fire the 2nd person onto FL to overload it)

It's faster, true, but not in the least easier. I know cause we've done it that way as well and that was the way we were trying to do 2 towers up, but Strijder and his brother beat us to it :P

try with 1 tower up, kill all with 10 ppl, then tell em 2 leave, or just kick em, only more things 2 avoid + more health, he has no enrage so :), or does he?

We already did it with 1 tower up (Hodir's Fury). Now we're trying with 2 towers :)
And no, he has no enrage timer. However there's an issue of time limit of how much of his constant aoe our demolisher can take :P
