材料:熟蝦仁50克、雞蛋4顆、蔥花20克、太白粉、鹽

先把蝦仁與蛋一起放入調理盆中,再加入鹽、蔥花一起攪拌打勻,另再準備一大匙太白粉,兩大匙半水攪拌後倒入蛋液中攪拌均勻,準備鍋子燒熱後再加上一大匙半沙拉油,把火關小­後再把蛋液倒入,大約炒拌到蛋大約8~9分熟即可,這樣就完成滑嫩可口的滑蛋蝦仁。
