Well, you'd be morally right to 1099 every employee to resist card check, but the IRS clamps down on employees who hire too much work by 1099 when the IRS decrees (in their infinite judgment) that they really "should" be employees. The government is so intrusive that they'll always find a way to screw the honest guy in favor of supporting the parasites.

Remember that a "secret ballot", HAS TO be a secret from EMPLOYERS too, right now it isn't.

The problem is, the union-busting industry is a multi-billion dollar cash cow.

Companies hire union-busters to find out employees opinions & fire union supporters, hold captive audiences, use intimidating one-on-one interviews were they study their employees body language to determine if the employee

supports a union.

If I owned a company and this union card check bill passed. I would 10-99 every damn employee. Let them go through the hassle of getting their own insurance, and paying their own taxes quarterly. After all they want to control their own destiny at the hands of union bosses.
