actually its the opposite u need an id for the korean 1 and u can change that easily theres a guide for it...........

Well yes they can play but the only server they'd be able to play is korean since i heard people say you need something else besides ID. The point is theres the quests that they might not know what mission is needed or they buy something from the shop and it was a rent and they'd get pissed if it disappeared and etc

actually u dont need an id.......and u dont need to know how to read there is some english in the game and its simple to figure out everything plus there are tons of guides.... plz dont go around telling americans canadians mexicans etc....... that they can't play
