It was all very confusing but I think the snitch is a person dressed in white.
I wouldn't say that muggle thing to loudly. They're very sensitive to not really being able to fly.

@jimkelly7777 the snitch is a cross country runner that is allowed to run around campus and returns every 10 mins for a chance to catch him
