This process is manage the prioritisation of global business requirements via SharePoint. The following steps are executed:
1- Business raises a requirement
2- All business centres review the new requirement and vote on the validity to their region
3- The project manager and senior BA provide development estimates
4- The project manager publishes the project schedule including times allocated to address priority requirements
5- The regional business representatives decide on a shortlist of requirements meeting the date constraints
6- The list is committed to development
7- The business signs off the requirement during UAT or SIT
