Smiley hosted BET channel talk show "BET Talk" (later "BET Tonight") & "The Tavis Smiley Show" on NPR. He currently hosts "Tavis Smiley" on PBS & "The Tavis Smiley Show" from PRI. In 2010, Smiley & Dr. Cornel West began their own radio talk show "Smiley & West."
