He could guard anyone because he is the greatest! MJ has the highest scoring avg in NBA History dumbass! He had 29 points a game in his 30s dumbass! Check your history dumbass!

JZ2001JC....I agree that he did not miss a game which was good for that age. But Jabbar and Karl Maloyne were older than MJ and not missing games and nobody was saying they were still in their primes, although they were playing at a higher than normal level for somebody at that age. And they didn`t take 1 and a half years off to do this.

Jordan in his prime could guard anybody at the 1, 2, 3 spots (except for Bird,lol). 96-98 they had to put him on the weakest scoring threat often.
