Kindle 3 - MP3s & text-to-speech

Quick vid looking at how the Kindle 3 (wifi only) model deals with text-to-speech plus trying out its experimental MP3 player.

Is there only one voice option for the text to speech function? (Is there an english accent voice to choose from for example?)

@emijane1231 iPod Touch has better voice features for the blind. Including voice over for the whole interface and even a kindle app so you can read books too. Yet, Kindle cannot read it`s interface (screen).

Thanks for that. I am fully blind, so I am wondering, is it possable to use the text to speech as a sort of screan reader with the kindle? Or is it just for reading books aloud? I mean, does it tell you what books are in your library? Do you know if the kindle app you can get for the iphone touch4 works with voiceover?
