how to easily straighten a synthetic wig

Synthetic wigs are plastic, so hot irons can melt them or do some damage. Here's a method i do to get curly wigs silky straight. Remember, if it's not straight enough the first time, you can repeat the process. Take alot of care when combing it, use a wide tooth comb and work your way down to a smaller one if necessary because wigs don't grow back if you pull the hair out.

It also works in the reverse - you can roller set a wig with hard perm rods dip it in the hot water let dry and voila - curls

Well, I am absolutely impressed. Though I didn't have the specific conditioner/detangaler you used, my Tresseme Thermal Creations Heat Tamer spray. And it's wonderfully straight! I did use a finer toothed comb to separate the clumped strands. Thanks for this wonderful tutorial; I'll recommend it to everyone and DEFINITELY use it for future reference!!
