@MoonchildMindaugas2 nope, it's Franz Stahl. He replaced Pat Smear when he left, but he didn't get to stick around long enough to record on any record.
The record after The Color and the Shape, was There's Nothing Left to Lose and it was recorded as a 3-piece. Chris joined the Foos in the year 2000.
Franz Stahl and Dave were longtime buddies they both were in the hardcore band SCREAM. Dave was their drummer till they split, on the aftermath, Dave was found by a little band called Nirvana. :)
