What if the projector is stuck on high beam? What could cause that?

@liftedv8 It's extremely rare -- it could be a stuck solenoid inside the projector or it could be a wiring issue.

do u need a certain wiring/harness to control the solenoid???

Not specifically -- it depends on the vehicle application. The solenoid can be powered by a simple 12 volt positive/negative hookup but a proper bi-xenon harness is always recommended.
