I believe one of the most serious threats is remote political control technology (direct energy and acoustical weapons) and methods that couple with a criminal citizen force. These discredit, maim, disable, and kill . Remote weapons are "soft-kill" weapons that kill over time and can kill instantly. Many innocent citizens are Targeted Individuals are sufferring from the mental effects and physical effects.
