One other thing. I have to agree with you about the scene changing into much more of a place where it was filled with jocks and bullies. It is a lousy development. Part of the reason I love the lyrics to "don't hate me cause I'm beautiful." It captures the problems ogf turning punk into a religion. Punk is truly "good time junk, not the seeds of holy war."

I have to agree with bigd. I loved ST, and I know you have a lot of interesting things to say. I would love to get my hands on some chapbooks with your thoughts. ANd I must say that much of what you have done is also quite funny. I know you have no interest in a ST reunion but please do some writing like bigd says.

paul, if you read these comments, start writing man. all these guys from the nyhc "legends" circle are exploring all these new avenues of expression that they have no business trying to attempt. your in the class of charles bukowski. im not saying your life story, or a hardcore how to guide. just write. your lyrics transcend music. dont get me wrong, i love your music. favorite bands. but the words give it its power. you have to have a few notebooks that are just collecting dust.
