  • i like how this looks more like a practice than a demonstration

  • Putting aside the poor video quality, this video has the clearest Five Elements demonstration I have ever seen, slow and graceful enough for someone to really follow and apply; it has none of the quick-for-looks moves you see in other videos.

  • A lot of great Xingyi masters look very soft, but they have amazing whipping power, which you can only get by being soft. Look at Li Gui Chang, his is VERY soft, but no one questioned his fighting skill. What style do u do? Also keep in mind this is my friend and teacher, he just showed it for my reference in my practice, that isn't his full measure of power or skill. Thanks for the comment though!

  • @atlatyl357 Its known as the distructive pattern.

  • Pi Beng Heng Pao Tsuan -- interesting order of fists ...

  • Yes... I see it now. Wudang style is slightly different than the Hebei and Sun styles I've studied. Thanks for posting the videos... I found them very interesting and very educational.

  • He did all 5 elements.

  • He does metal, wood, earth and fire... I'm I missing him doing water? Not bashing the guy... genuine question.

  • too soft
