Pilgrim's Progress written by John Bunyan was published in 1678. This book is an all time Christian Classic that has challenged eager believers and trained them by it's invaluable teaching. Bible students and scholars alike read it for it's depth, encouragement, and doctrine. It is as revelant today as it was when Bunyan wrote it from his cell in prison. Translated into well over 100 languages, it is the #2 most read book of all time. The Bible, of course is first. Please read it and expect to be motivated, informed, and changed by it's contents. It is full of sound doctrine and spiritual counsel. It will help you stay on the narrow road to Heaven. Bunyan personifies many of the things we will encounter in our Christian walk. Names liks "Money Love", "Mr. Hold the World", "Casuel Christian", "Faithful", "Hopeful",
"Giant Despair", "Vanity Fair", "Obstinate", and many, many more.

My zeal is eating me up, that blessed book "pilgrims progress" went through the public schools at one time, compare the boldness of the prophets with us and we fall short, men of God defend the truth and the children, forget about what the world thinks, the majority are children of Satan anyway. Narrow is the path to the light, few find it. Never mind what the darkness says against you, lets get the truth back in the schools. We are pilgrems passing through we are not of this world. :)

A must read for every Pilgrim.....Bunyan book The Fear Of God is very, very powerful.

I agree, it is a shame this is not a required study in the schools any more. I guess i am showing my age by making that comment. There is a video of this that is very well done and can be purchased through the Hagee ministries. It is "very" well done. My grand children even like it.

Oh I love this story by John Bunyan, it is put so lovingly forth that even a child can understand it. Have you watched the animated version on my channel? Not just for kids you know...lol My 81 year old mother wept as she came to fully understand..very powerful story this, and I believe given to Mr. Bunyan through inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Very good video, brother! This song is definitely reminiscent of Keith Green, and the artwork you used is beautiful. "Pilgrims Progress" is one of the first books I read after getting saved. I think I'd like to read it again. :)

Awesome, David! Thanks for yet another beautiful & edifying video! The Puritans knew God! Yesterday at the church bookstore, I sqeezed together what little money I had to buy the book, "Meet the Puritans," by Beeke & Pederson.

But shame on me! I bought "Pilgrim's Progress" on CD audio for my blind mother a couple years ago, & have yet to listen to it myself! SMACK!!! I stand CONVICTED!!! :-( I gotta go find that thing & listen to it!
