Simple exercise to practice bouncing the stick off the pad. Play all the way through each day with out "sticking" into the pad, otherwise you have to start over.

It's just a simple exercise for some people, so that the player can practice rebounding the stick.

Wouldn't eights be a better exercise, because you're exercising both your hands evenly? Also, why are you holding the sticks backwards?
