To answer questions about the western version of these notes, the notes wouldn't actually be possibly played on say, the piano. The notes would be somewhere in the crack between the white and black keys. However, the closest approximation I can give is (In the key of C) :
Slendro: C , D , F , G , A sharp , C
Pelog: C , C sharp , D , F sharp , G , G sharp , A , C

so pelog scale in western tuning is Db-D-D#-G#-A-G#-D#-D-Db? it sounds somewhat micro tonal
