OMG!!! I've only been searching for this song since 2001. I thought it was called Okeefenokee wind. I heard Jesse do this with Bobby Osborne. It was incredible.

Very talented performer,he gets better with age.

There is an interview with Jesse that was recently posted on Mandolin Cafe, and this clip was part of it. I only have a couple things to add: He is a master of a technique that borders on impossible, especially in up tempo songs. Also, give him credit for winning the best hair in bluegrass award for over 40 years. The competition was fierce in the 40's and 50's.

WOW!--JESSE IS A GENIUS...just like Chet and Les Paul were on guitar!

It would have been (for me at least) a much better video if the camera angle hadn't changed so often. Seems like the filmmaker was determined to make this 'a film' instead of filming a musician playing a tune.

He's the best and he always will be. Even age can't slow him down.
Jesse is amazing...one of the very best mandolin players, ever. And, one of the nicest people you could ever meet. A real gentleman.
