Dr. Charles Small and Bret Stephens
Dec 1, 2008 at the 92nd Street Y in New York City

As Iran emerges as a regional power with a nuclear program that most experts agree includes a weapons component, it is a major exponent of genocidal anti-Semitism. The goal to wipe Israel off the map is an overt objective of radical Islam. What should be done to confront this threat, which is diametrically opposed to values of citizenship, human rights and basic notions of democracy?

Charles Small is the founder and director of the Yale University Initiative for the Interdisciplinary Study of Anti-Semitism and a lecturer of ethics, politics and economics at Yale. Bret Stephens is a writer and editor for the Wall Street Journal.

  • Where is Radical Zionism and Thermo Nuclear Bomb of Illegal State of Israel ?

I don't think any One has Balls in Entire US to speak abt it

  • @torahislife Beyond the fact that explosives have really only been a commonplace or reliable weapon for about the past 250 years, I can't say extremist Muslims have ANY edge on explosive death toll over leaders under the sway of mainstream western monotheism. It seems the bibles prohibition of murder is taken a bit less seriously in fundamentalist Christian circles than its ban on suicide. Your summary is actually quite logical. Both are just as real, if not as predominant as their opposites.

  • @HPH53 It seems like you are having the same difficulty separating religion and politics that most people do. Fundamentalist and extremist religious groups (Hamas, Haganah, Westboro Baptists, etc.) often tie fascist ideology into their spirituality. If this type of thought can be found in a nation that maintains a separation of church and state, any wonder it has a higher incidence in nations with state religions? "God" is a tool totalitarian leaders have always used to their political ends.

  • @photolitherland you said"Fuck all religions,"

Ans: wow , you are too racists !

  • @HPH53

Poor ignorant dumb ass, I hope that you can be saved... :D

  • I don't know about you, but every time I see or hear or feel anything, I reflect on my own creation and wonder how did that came about.?
