Nah, not really. You only need 76 tags for Stealth on Tanker, which (even if you avoided the marines) should unlock after 4 difficulties (out of 5) if you don't miss too many.

hey, i can't get the dog tag in 4:05.. i have grip lvl 1 too, but my stamina drains waaaaaay safter, half the way snake will allways fall into death :(.. why? i'm playing the hd version on ps3

If your health bar is not full you cant make it across. Go back out of the holds and theres a ration.
