PSP 1000- Unpacking and first start up

Okay not an unboxing per say, but you know what I mean.

I just got a Playstation Portable, an original model from Amazon Marketplace. I wanted the original model (as I say in the video) because to me the Slim feels cheap, flimsy and generally not as easy to grip. I much prefer this one to the new slim.

Sadly it did not come boxed, but the seller made up for it by including a 1gb stick! (I badly need a 4gb sometime)

I've since had this thing downgraded by a friend of mine IRL, I'm on 3.90 M33-2 custom firmware now, and not looking back. PSone games on the move...unbeatable.

Definatley plan to show a video of that at some point!

I apologise in advance since I don't end up playing the game, as it turns out there was a save left on there and I couldn't be bothered to delete it at that moment on the video. Also apologies for the easter egg you can see, didn't notice it was there.

@00TheMist I don't like the 2000/3000 that much, too thin for my liking, plus the glossy finish smudges like crazy.

@cachano7 Are you fucking blind? The PSP 3000 has a glossy back, and is thinner than this. Also, call me a "stupid dumb bastard" and spell it wrong? Double fail.

@anuj7087 Well the 1000 is much cheaper and lays bette rin your hand, forget 2000 because 3000 is pretty much the same with the same price as 2000, but both have more RAM than 1000 so the games are loading faster + the have Skype and some other online futures the 1000 doesnt have. If its only for gaming, buy the 1000, but if you like to play online ore download ore whatever, you probably should buy a 3000.
